I am located in Dacula, Georgia outside of Atlanta. I travel up to an hour away at no charge. Please ask me about prices for sessions requiring travel more than an hour outside of the Dacula, Georgia area.

Your initial deposit when booking a portrait session will be processed online via credit card.  The remaining balance is due on the day of your portrait session and can be paid online or in person using cash, Venmo (you can pay in person or ahead of time at @SouthernTraditionPhotography), or credit card via ‘Square’ at the appointment.  

Forty minute sessions for maternity, children, seniors, and families include a minimum of twenty edited digital photos in an online gallery.  Specially advertised mini-sessions generally include eight edited digital photos in an online gallery. You may add additional time to your package for an additional cost. 

Please allow two weeks for me to individually edit your photos and deliver them to you in an online gallery.

I use an online gallery where I will upload all your edited digital images.  You will images corresponding with your pre-purchased package. I will include a web version for you to share with family and friends.  The online gallery is available for 14 days from the day that I share it with you.  After that time, the gallery will be archived and an addition fee will be charge to re-open it for you.  Please be sure to download your images as soon as possible, and share the gallery with any friends or family who may also want to download your images.  I recommend making a backup copy of your images.

While I do not require my clients to print through me, I highly recommend using a quality professional printer.  When you have taken the time and money to purchase a portrait session, you want to assure that the photos in frames and on walls in your home correctly represent the beauty we have captured. The professional printers that I recommend and use offer high quality archival papers to guarantee the prints will last for generations. 

I am a planner at heart!  I am happy to book sessions up to a year in advance.  Please see my online reservation system for scheduling mini-sessions and full 40-minute sessions quickly and easily. 

Your investment deposit is non-refundable, per the contract you will receive upon booking your session.  We can reschedule to a new date if you need to cancel. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
